Conditions of employment

1. College degree or above in engineering and management related majors, engineering engineer is preferred;

2. Under 45 years old;

3. More than 5 years of equipment maintenance and management experience or more than 3 years of property management experience, familiar with strong and weak electricity, water supply and drainage, civil engineering and other professional knowledge and property management knowledge, familiar with equipment maintenance, operation and maintenance principles, strong organization and coordination ability and ability to solve practical problems.
